Supporting You From Diagnosis, Through Treatment and Beyond

Comprehensive cancer and blood disorder care delivered by an integrated team of haematology, medical oncology and palliative care specialists - right here in Toowoomba.

At Toowoomba Haematology & Oncology Clinic, we believe patients facing cancer or a blood disorder should be able to access exceptional specialist care without having to leave their community.

As a family run practice, THOC was established with a simple goal: to bring the level of integrated, tertiary specialist care typically found in metropolitan centres to Toowoomba and regional Queensland, allowing patients to remain close to home, surrounded by their family, friends and support network when they need them most.

Our team brings together haematologists, medical oncologists, palliative care clinicians, nurses and support staff to provide coordinated care across every stage of the patient journey. From diagnosis and treatment through to supportive care, survivorship and symptom management, we work together to ensure patients receive seamless, personalised care under one roof.

We are proud to care for patients with blood cancers, solid organ cancers and non-cancerous blood disorders across Toowoomba, the Darling Downs, Granite Belt, regional Queensland and Northern New South Wales.

Care Beyond Treatment
A diagnosis can be overwhelming, not only for patients but also for the people who care about them. We understand that healthcare is about more than appointments and treatment plans. It is about helping people navigate some of life’s most challenging moments with confidence, dignity and support.

By combining specialist expertise with a genuinely patient-centred approach, we aim to provide continuity of care throughout every stage of the journey. Our clinicians work closely together, alongside GPs, surgeons, radiation oncologists, allied health professionals and hospital teams, to ensure every patient receives coordinated, multidisciplinary care tailored to their individual needs.

Local Care. Specialist Expertise. Lifelong Support.
Our vision is simple: to provide the highest standard of cancer and blood disorder care close to home, so patients can focus on what matters most – their health, their family and the life they have built within their community.
